What will you do as a/an Corporate Counsel at DENS?

• Manage and optimize contracts with suppliers, partners, and external service providers;
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements (e.g., GDPR, procurement laws, industry regulations);
• Identify and mitigate contractual and legal risks;
• Coordinate contract negotiations and review agreements against compliance criteria;
• Support audits and internal control processes related to contract management;
• Draft reports on contract performance, compliance, and supplier management;
• Advise colleagues on contract terms, regulations, and compliance obligations.

What is important for us?

• Command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written at a professional level is a requirement for this position;
• Academic working and thinking level (equivalent to a Master’s degree);
• At least 3 years of experience in contract management, ideally within a legal practice;
• Demonstrated affinity with compliance and legal frameworks;
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and persuasiveness;
• A proactive, structured, creative and analytical approach to work;
• Experience with contract management and/or compliance systems is a plus.
