What will you do as a Test Engineer at DENS?

• Testing components and systems – you will be testing both individual components and complete systems to ensure that everything functions properly and fulfils the specified requirements;
• Solving technical problems – you track down malfunctions, such as wrongly connected cables, and solve them independently or together with colleagues;
• Feedback to development teams – you share your observations with the Software and Electrical teams so that they can implement improvements;
• Contributing ideas on test procedure – you actively think about how we can test new products most effectively and contribute to establishing and improving test procedures;
• Configuring and checking software – you install software and check that the software functions work properly;
• Working with testing procedures and documentation – you will follow testing protocols and carefully record your findings so that we can continue to improve;
• Providing feedback on component performance – you identify issues and discuss this with the appropriate team.

What is important for us?

• Passion for sustainability and technology;
• Experience in a technical position (test engineer, service engineer or development engineer);
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering (schematics, wiring harnesses, graphics);
• Basic knowledge of software engineering (coding);
• Experience with troubleshooting;
• Good command of Dutch and/or English;
• High-voltage training is a plus.
