What will you do as an Online & Data Marketeer at DENS?

You’ll work closely with our Marketing colleagues, our external consultants, and the management team. Together, you bring our marketing strategy to life – starting in the Netherlands and expanding internationally.

• Analyze all available marketing data, advise on improvements, and spot trends.
• Set up proper tracking: GA4, Tag Manager, UTM, etc.
• Build dashboards (Looker Studio/Power BI).
• Advise on improving landing pages, forms, lead scoring, and routing to sales.
• Work with colleagues on case-driven campaigns and smart flows.

What do you bring?

• Experience in online/data marketing (B2B).
• Strong in GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console; experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Skilled with dashboards (Looker Studio/Power BI) and basic spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with CRM (Exact Online) and marketing automation.
• Able to prioritize and communicate clearly with sales and management.
• Fluent in Dutch, professional in English.
• Affinity with technology helps – you translate use cases into clear propositions.
• Available 32–40 hours
• Driver’s license B preferred.
