From SEO to events, from LinkedIn to landing pages. You make things happen, keep it simple, and deliver results.

What will you do as a Marketing Employee at DENS?

You’ll work closely with one direct colleague, our external marketing consultant, and the management team. Together, you bring our marketing strategy to life – starting in the Netherlands and expanding internationally.

We expect you to:

• Translate strategy into action – you convert strategic plans into powerful campaigns and concrete communication tools;
• You ensure that ideas become reality – you coordinate and implement marketing activities, both online and offline, and maintain contact with our (media) partners;
• You make stories visible – you create impactful content for our website, social media, newsletters and presentations;
• You monitor the brand – you ensure a professional, consistent image in all our communications: from visuals to trade fair presentations;
• You think and act creatively – you design and/or develop marketing materials into visually strong tools;
• You promote us externally – you organise trade fairs, customer days and (international) events;
• You optimise our online presence – you continuously improve the website and increase our digital visibility;
• You look beyond borders – you actively contribute ideas about the international roll-out of our marketing approach;
• You are part of the marketing team – you liaise directly with decision-makers about strategy and implementation, and see your ideas quickly realised.

What is important for us?

You are not afraid to take responsibility and enjoy an environment where things are not yet set in stone. You also have:

• You have experience as an all-round marketer in B2B or a similar role.
• Passion for sustainability and technology.
• Experience with content creation, social media, and design tools.
• Skilled in programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
• Experience with WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong writing skills for websites and social media (NL and EN).
• Comfortable with Adobe and not afraid of a camera or microphone.
• Independent, commercial mindset, and a real team player.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Available 32–40 hours per week.
• In possession of driver’s license.
