Junior ERP Implementation Specialist
Our organisation is about to take an important step: implementing a new ERP system. To help make this project a success, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior ERP Implementation Specialist.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in the implementation of our new ERP platform. You’ll help analyse business processes, configure the system, support users, and optimise workflows.
But that’s only the beginning.
Once the implementation is complete, you’ll continue to shape the digital future of our organisation. From process optimisation and data-driven decision-making to automation and AI solutions, you’ll help make our organisation smarter, faster, and more efficient.
What You’ll Do?
- Support the implementation of a new ERP system.
- Analyse business processes and translate them into efficient ERP workflows.
- Work closely with external implementation partners and key users.
- Test system functionality and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to colleagues.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into practical solutions.
- Take responsibility for optimising the ERP environment after go-live.
- Research, develop, and implement AI solutions and automation opportunities.
- Contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of our organisation.
Who You Are?
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data & IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.
- You’re a recent graduate or have up to 2–3 years of experience in ERP implementations, process optimisation, or business applications.
- You have an interest in ERP systems.
- You’re analytical, curious, and always looking for ways to improve business processes.
- You communicate effectively and enjoy working with colleagues across different departments.
- You have a genuine interest in digital transformation, data, and AI.
- You’re proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.
