HR Advisor

What will you do as an HR Advisor at DENS?

In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and will ensure that HR matters for our team leaders are well organized. Your tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with team leaders – you will work closely with team leaders to address personnel issues and advise team leaders;
  • Recruitment and onboarding – you will help us achieve our growth by recruiting new colleagues. You will actively gather information from team leaders, draw up job vacancies, search for candidates, make initial contact, and supervise the onboarding process;
  • Leave of absence and well-being – when leave of absence is an issue or questions about frequent leave, you will work (preventively) with the occupational health and safety service and supervise the process to ensure that the right actions are taken to promote sustainable employability;
  • Projects and planning – you take on HR projects from the agenda and work on them together with the HR team;
  • Identifying improvements – you identify training needs, plan and coordinate training courses, and ensure that employees are well informed;
  • HR administration – you draw up contracts, process changes, keep the personnel system up to date, and ensure correct salary processing.
