You make an impact in the field. You set up events packed with real demos, great conversations, and measurable results. You gather input from sales and engineers, turn it into a smart event plan, and make sure everything runs smoothly: on time and on budget. That’s how you turn every event into a succes.

What will you do as an Event Marketeer at DENS?

You’ll work closely with our Marketing colleagues, our external consultants, and the management team. Together, you bring our marketing strategy to life – starting in the Netherlands and expanding internationally.

• Team up with marketing, sales and engineering to make every event a success.
• Plan and organize trade shows, demo days, and client meetings.
• Arrange booths, tech, logistics, suppliers, and materials.
• Ensure smooth on-site setup, briefings, lead scanners, and hospitality.
• Capture content during events: photos, videos, quick quotes, social posts.
• Coordinate participation and follow-up with Sales and Engineers.

What do you bring?

• Experience with events/field marketing (internship or job); B2B is a plus;
• Practical, stress-resistant, and great at keeping an overview;
• Willing to travel (NL, BE, DE, FR, UK) and okay with occasional early/late hours or weekend work;
• Affinity with technology;
• Available 32–40 hours;
• Driver’s license B preferred.
