What does your role as a Chassis Builder at DENS involve?

Your main responsibilities include:

• Installing our innovative building blocks: you start your week by carefully assembling and installing our innovative building blocks, which form the basis for our advanced systems. Using a forklift, you ensure these modules are positioned precisely in place, ready for the next step in the process
• Producing HV and PE cables: You are also involved in the production of HV (High Voltage) and PE (Earth) cables, which are crucial to our systems. With your expertise, you ensure these cables meet the highest quality standards
• Connecting our innovative building blocks: After positioning the building blocks, you will connect them electrically. You will ensure that all connections are safe and correct, enabling the building blocks to function optimally and be ready for use.
• Installing the cooling system: You install and test the cooling system, which is essential for the operation of our products. Your precision and attention to detail ensure that everything works perfectly, even under the toughest conditions.
• Fitting structural components: This is where you really get to flex your muscles! You install the structure around our building blocks, ensuring stability and rigidity of our Powerhubs. This work requires not only precision but also physical strength.
• Fitting the exterior of our Powerhubs: Finally, you’ll fit the exterior to our Powerhubs, making them not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. Your contribution ensures that our products look as impressive as they perform.

What is important for us?

• You are able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities with flexibility;
• You are proficient in English, which is the spoken language of the department;
• You have experience in a production environment and understand the dynamics and challenges involved;
• You are familiar with mechanical and electrical tools;
• You are in possession of a forklift license and have practical experience in moving and positioning heavy building blocks;
• You are available to work 40 hours a week, with shifts being day shifts;
• You have a team-oriented approach to work and are willing to support your colleagues where necessary.
