What will you do as a Business Developer at DENS??

• See and identify opportunities – you identify and develop market opportunities and customer segments, both nationally and internationally;
• Building strong relationships – you establish and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
• Tapping into subsidies – you identify relevant national and international grants, funds, and financing opportunities;
• From need to business – you translate market and customer needs into clear business cases and innovative propositions;
• Backed by research – you conduct market and competitor analysis to support growth opportunities;
• Accelerating innovation – you help product development and R&D bring new technologies to market;
• Making results visible – you report progress, opportunities, and achievements to the management team;
• Managing subsidies – you draft and submit grant applications in collaboration with internal and external experts;
• Actively contributing – you support and develop our IP strategy;
• Supporting growth – you work with external IP specialists and patent attorneys to build and maintain a strong, future-proof IP portfolio

What is important for us?

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Innovation Management or similar;

• Experience in business development within a technical or industrial setting is a plus;

• Familiarity with subsidy schemes (like RVO, Horizon Europe, SSEB, MIT) is a strong advantage;

• You are analytical, structured, and persuasive in communication;

• You connect easily across departments and know how to bring people together;
