What does your role as a Battery Assembly Operator at DENS involve?

During the first few weeks, you’ll be producing the battery layers. You’ll be guided by your buddy, who will walk you through the initial stages of battery production from start to finish. Depending on how quickly you learn, you’ll move on to the second phase. In this phase, the batteries are stacked. You’ll get to work alongside your buddy. You’ll assemble the individual layers into a battery box. Once you’ve mastered this, you’ll move on to the third phase. Here, you’ll carry out testing and quality checks. In addition to all these phases, you’ll also be involved in ancillary tasks such as assisting in the warehouse and finishing the battery boxes.
