What do you do as a Sales Specialist at DENS? 

• You make the first move – you know how to spot commercial opportunities, grab your phone and do the cold calling. The customer relationship starts with you;
• Building and maintaining relationships – you are the first point of contact for (potential) customers and know how to build trust with your product expertise;
• Becoming an expert in integrated solutions  – being fully informed about our product range and thinking with the customer about possibilities so that this can be converted into a suitable solution for the customer
• Technical info, explained clearly – you explain complex technical specifications comprehensibly, so that customers understand exactly what they are getting;
• Collaboration with engineers – discuss technical issues and new, innovative solutions;
• Advising customers – you inform customers about the latest market developments and translate their needs into customised solutions from DENS, so that we exceed their expectations;
• Structured follow-up –you do it smoothly and in a structured way, always with an eye for the customer and the best result.

What do we think is important?

• Passion for sustainability and technology;
• A background in technology: MBO/HBO level, in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar;
• Passion for both technology and customer contact – you like to alternate between technical depth and conversations with customers;
• An independent personality who can also work well together in a team;
• Experience in electrification? That’s a plus!
