2320 kWh green Energy in natural area: Oosteindsche Veen
Published on Monday 02 December 2024
Fuhler is charged up with the DENS Powerhub! This powerhouse (300 kVA output and an integrated 300 kW charger!) is going to put its energy into a wonderful sustainable project: improving the water management of the Oosteindsche Veen nature reserve. The electric equipment will be charged directly on site with the energy from our Powerhub. No emissions, no grid power needed, but maximum impact!
Fuhler Loon- en Verhuurbedrijf is a family-run company with a strong focus on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices. With over 60 years of experience, Fuhler offers a wide range of services, from agricultural contracting and earthmoving to green management and soil remediation. The company combines innovation with hands-on expertise and has a clear mission: contributing to a cleaner world.
Fuhler actively works to reduce CO₂ emissions and protect the environment. By investing in zero-emission solutions and sustainable technology, they aim to minimize their climate impact. This makes partnering with DENS and acquiring a Powerhub mobile battery system a logical step. For projects like restoring the Oosteindsche Veen, sustainable choices are essential, and Fuhler is eager to lead the way.
Why a Powerhub for Fuhler?
The Oosteindsche Veen is a unique raised bog landscape that is better protected from drying out through improved water management. But no power comes out of the ground here—there’s literally no grid connection. Luckily, a Powerhub provides the perfect energy storage solution:
- Green and powerful: With 2320 kWh of green energy, the Powerhub supplies all equipment with fully emission-free power.
- Flexible charging: The integrated 300 kW charger (with CCS2 inlet) enables on-site charging of electric vehicles and machines.
- Ready for action: With 300 kVA output, the Powerhub delivers significant power, ideal for intensive work in remote areas.
These features make the Powerhub the world’s largest and most powerful mobile battery system—not just in capacity but also in impact!
A Boost for Nature Conservation
The Oosteindsche Veen project focuses on improving water management. By maintaining the right water level balance, the raised bog remains healthy and stores CO₂, an important step in the fight against climate change!
Fuhler uses electric equipment powered entirely by the green energy from the Powerhub. No emissions, no noise from traditional generators—just pure sustainable power. This gives nature conservation an electric boost.
Power Without a Grid Connection
What makes the Powerhub battery container ideal for projects like this? It’s not just the power—it’s also the flexibility. This system brings energy to places without grid connections. Whether in the middle of a nature reserve or on a remote construction site, the Powerhub delivers power where you need it. 💡🔋
Additionally, the integrated 300 kW charger makes it easy to charge on location. Excavators, pumps, or even vehicles—everything can be charged effortlessly. This means not only emission-free operations but also increased efficiency.
Energy Storage for a Sustainable Future
We are incredibly proud of this partnership with Fuhler. This project demonstrates how sustainable technology and innovation play a vital role in nature conservation. By combining zero-emission energy with smart solutions, we’re making great strides toward a greener future. This DENS Powerhub isn’t just green in color—it’s green in impact.
