What will you be doing as Production Team Lead at DENS?

• Team leadership – you make sure everyone knows what to do and enjoys doing it
• Work preparation – you set out parts so your team can start building, testing, and finishing right away
• Troubleshooting – you solve daily challenges quickly and effectively
• People management – you coach, support, and motivate your team members in their work and growth
• Planning & switching – you organize work processes and shift gears smoothly
• Collaboration – you coordinate with fellow team leads, production, engineers, and the warehouse
• Quality & admin – you guard quality and ensure every project is wrapped up properly

Let’s say we’re building a new system:

• You start by planning every project phase, from setup to testing to finishing
• Then you make sure all parts are ready for the team
• You inform the team lead about the planning and what needs to be built
• The team lead runs the execution – you support as the go-to person, troubleshooter, and quality checker
• You act as the link between all parties involved
• Lastly, you make sure everything is properly handled administratively

What do we value?

• A background or strong interest in mechanics or electrical engineerin
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English
• You have experience leading a team and strong organizational skills
• You take responsibility and report directly to the Production Manager
• You enjoy working with others and know what’s going on both on the floor and in the company
