What will you do as an HR Advisor at DENS?

• Working closely with team leaders – You collaborate directly with team leaders to address HR-related matters. You anticipate challenges and proactively help improve processes;
• Managing the HR process – You take full ownership of the HR process within one of DENS’ divisions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns with the needs of different departments;
• Recruitment and selection – You oversee the entire hiring process, from writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and supporting onboarding;
• Absence and well-being management – You assist team leaders in handling absence cases, initiate preventive measures, and work with occupational health services to ensure sustainable employability. You also make sure that the right actions are taken regarding employee absence;
• Initiative and process improvement – You proactively identify areas for optimization and take action to improve processes and workflows;
• HR projects – Together with the team, you create the annual HR agenda and independently manage the resulting projects.
