We are looking for an inside sales representative to expand our sales team.

A workday for an inside sales representative at DENS is never the same! You are the important link between the customer and the internal organization. You have daily contact with (international) customers and ensure that the order process runs smoothly. In this varied and challenging role, you coordinate and maintain contact with our customers and prepare quotations. Together with your colleagues you make sure that the customer base is further expanded and that all our relations get the attention and service they are used to from us. That makes you the business card of our organization.

DENS is committed to facilitating the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy. To achieve this, DENS develops technology that overcomes barriers to the storage and transportation of hydrogen. Hydrozine is a safe and efficient liquid hydrogen carrier that makes it easy to store and transport hydrogen in tank trucks to locations worldwide. Once on-site, the patented technology extracts hydrogen (dehydrogenation), making it usable in fuel cell vehicles or to generate electricity for charging electric vehicle and machinery batteries.

Additionally, DENS develops Powerhubs (battery systems). The DENS Powerhub is a high-tech battery system designed for on/off-grid applications, energy storage, and/or rapid charging of vehicles or equipment. The DENS Powerhub stands out in terms of technology, performance, safety, and energy density.

DENS' solutions help reduce emissions from infrastructure, agriculture, mining, construction, and other industries by decreasing the reliance on diesel-powered heavy vehicles and machinery.

The tasks below are just an indication of what you can expect as an inside sales representative. How you want to perform your job is largely up to you. You get a lot of freedom, responsibility and you set your own priorities. For example, you will independently manage assigned customers and work efficiently with the help of a personal work schedule.

  • Answering customer questions, both by phone and email;
  • You ask questions and give the customer appropriate product advice;
  • The preparation and follow-up of quotations;
  • You see opportunities in the market and approach potential customers proactively.

You will bring:

  • You have an HBO working and thinking level;
  • You are available full-time;
  • You are customer friendly and result oriented;
  • You have knowledge and/or affinity with technology;
  • You have experience in a similar function;
  • Independent personality with the ability to work well in a team;
  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
