Do you want to grow with DENS?

We are looking to expand our sales team with an Account Manager for our Dutch customers, who is able to further accelerate our growth. We are specifically looking for a pioneer who will conquer the market with us. In short, you already have extensive experience in this market or know how to close a deal.

As Account manager for The Netherlands, you are responsible for identifying all commercial opportunities and know how to convert them into assignments, ranging from cold calling to appointments with potential customers to achieve team goals. Since we expect you to have already gained experience, we assume that you will soon be able to start working independently.

DENS is committed to facilitating the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy. We develop the technology that overcomes the barriers to hydrogen storage and transport. Hydrozine is a safe and efficient liquid hydrogen carrier that makes it easy to store hydrogen in tankers and transport it to locations around the world. Once on site, the patented technology extracts the hydrogen (dehydrogenation) so that it can be used in fuel cell vehicles or to produce electricity to charge batteries for electric vehicles and machines. DENS solutions help reduce emissions from agriculture, mining, construction, and other industries using heavy-duty vehicles and machinery that would otherwise be diesel-powered.

In short, the content of the function:

• Developing sales activities and following up on prospects;

• Taking the lead in the sales process;

• Collaboration with other departments such as Business Development, Marketing and Production;

• Planning and executing the sales strategy to meet the agreed milestones and deadlines and ensure that sales targets are met;

• Setting up and implementing a national sales strategy.

You will bring:

• You have a relevant completed HBO education;

• You have at least 5 years of commercially relevant work experience;

• Furthermore, you have good commercial skills with persuasiveness and you are result-oriented;

• You are also structured, analytical and practical;

• You find it challenging to develop new markets and travel a lot;

• In addition to a good command of the Dutch language, you preferably also speak English fluently;

• Other important competencies are: independence, enthusiasm, customer-oriented and perseverance;

• A plus is a network in the national market.
